The course specialises in strategic analysis, competitive strategy formulation, business innovation and the effective implementation of strategic plans. Participants will develop a sound strategic perspective and learn how to align their company's actions with its long-term goals.

 

From analysing the business environment to making strategic decisions, this course will equip you with the tools you need to lead and thrive in challenging business environments.
